Chocolate Chip Pound Cake

This cake is so easy and so delicious.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1 Sm Pkg Instant Vanilla Pudding
  • 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream (I used low-fat)
  • 4 Eggs (Room temperature)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 6 oz pk Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Instructions
 

  • Combine the wet ingredients - oil, milk and eggs together and mix well. Then add the sour cream and mix well. Add vanilla and mix together.
    In a separate bowl, combine the cake mix and pudding mix and stir together.
    Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix. You can use a stand mixer or hand mixer, but make sure both the dry and wet ingredients are mixed thoroughly.
    Once these ingredients are mixed well, hand stir in the chocolate chips.
    Pour into a bundt pan that has been sprayed with a non-stick cooking spray and floured lightly.
    Bake for 50-60 minutes in a 350 degree pre-heated oven.
    Frost or glaze with your choice of icing. (I sprinkled lightly with powdered sugar.)

Adding the milk and sour cream make this cake taste much more like a homemade cake instead of a boxed mix.
